The hotel is very close to subway and JR station, making it easy to explore. Staff were always polite and helpful, providing the assistance I needed. The amenities included skin care and hair care, which was a nice touch! Having a vending machine nearby was a lifesaver after long days out!

The room I stayed in felt quite cramped, making it difficult to manage my luggage and move around comfortably. The air conditioning unit was ineffective, leaving the room stuffy, and it had a disturbing amount of mold inside it. Additionally, while the room itself seemed clean at first glance, the flooring left much to be desired and felt unpleasant underfoot.

the check-in was so confusing, barely any staff around to help, and my room was just as cramped as it was unsanitary, with dust and mold everywhere. I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade for these issues, but all I got was mediocrity. I just couldn’t believe it.

It was just a fine choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Tokyo with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were really friendly and provided an extra blanket when I felt cold at night. Check the vending machine for late-night snacks. it really comes in handy after a long day out.

the area is super safe for solo female travelers plus tons of halal food options nearby. easy access to train stations like Okachimachi & Ueno, just a quick walk away. overall a great place to chill and explore the city without hassle.
